 Losing weight and keeping it off are much, much easier than you probably think…

Obesity is on the rise in this country. Six in 10 people in the United States are overweight, with a third crossing the boundary into obesity. The extra weight leads to at least 100,000 deaths annually. Obese people are at a much higher risk for heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, arthritis and some cancers.

The healthiest way to lose weight is not the quickest way to lose weight. Crash diets, new, trendy weight loss plans or sudden and drastic increases in exercise are not recommended; most doctors consider such an approach to weight loss to be dangerous.

Have you ever felt that the whole weight loss game is just one big lie?  You lose some weight – you put it back on.  Each time you feel even more miserable than you did before.

Most people, when they look back at their weight loss history find that over time they are actually putting weight on. What a contradiction!

When working with a client for weight reduction, we want to eliminate the root causing the issue in the first place.  Then the goal is to work on a lot of different areas in the clients life.  Confidence, Stress, Anger, etc.  Each clients program is set per their needs.  There is a minimum of 7 session.  If possible I like to do the first 3 a week apart for the next 3 weeks.  After that we re-evaluate where the client is and their needs.
